Affirmative Risk Management is a small “mom and pop” store with a global state of mind. You can always reach a live person when you are calling. 24 hours a day/7 days a week. ARM has three on call adjusters who are on emergency rotation for accidents which occur within the geographical boundaries of Arkansas. Department of Insurance complaints are handled within 24 hours of notification; insured and claimant complaints are handled immediately upon notification, and if our principle doesn’t like the way ARM has handled a file, we will make it right.
