Founded
in 1987, Affirmative Risk Management deals in commercial, homeowner
property, casualty, motor truck cargo, heavy equipment, and product
liability insurance claims. Our automated diary system prevents
reporting oversights or delays. Our up-to-date technology allows
us to interact with our clients over the Internet, which makes our
service more responsive than ever. Claims information, activity
summaries, photos, and adjuster reports with enclosures can be e-mailed
at any time. This, coupled with our custom software, takes Affirmative
Risk Management to the leading edge of digital information distribution.
Your
indemnity dollars are minimized by the use of vendor software. In
particular, ARM® uses the Audatex© auto estimating
program to ensure the use of aftermarket parts where permitted by
law and your standards. The use of Xactimate© property
estimating program to ensure the most accurate estimates possible
on residential and commercial structures. The use of ACV©
program provides up-to-date pricing for unscheduled personal property
including the sources of same along with depreciation. Marshall
Swift©; is used to establish valuation of residential
and commercial property for coinsurance issues. Arkansas' Statute
and Case Laws are available, along with jury instructions. The value
of bodily injury, personal injury, and consortium claim are analyzed
using Jury Verdict Research®; software which utilizes
a database of 150,000 jury awards and settlement based upon the
profile of your claim within the zip code of jurisdiction.
At
Affirmative Risk Management, we make immediate contact upon receipt
of an assignment, and an inspection is made within 24 hours. A preliminary
report is issued within 10 days and includes our reserve suggestion,
findings, and recommendations. Follow up reports are made at 30-day
intervals until conclusion unless otherwise instructed. Finally,
