In order to bid and/or purchase salvage from our website, you must comply with all laws pertaining to licensing requirements in your state. Once a piece of salvage has been awarded, it must be picked up within 5 days. If you are unable to pick up a specific salvage within 5 days, notify Affirmative Risk Management via telephone for any extension. You will be responsible for any additional storage fees and/or costs. You are required to show proof of valid license.

Affirmative Risk Management is acting as an agent for the insurance carriers that own the salvage listed. All salvage is awarded after the final approval of the insurance carrier. Affirmative Risk Management and/or the insurance carrier reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

All bids are to be submitted on an 'as is, where is' basis. Any cost associated with your expense to transport this unit from its current location is your responsibility and cannot be deducted from your salvage bid.
