In regards to third party exposures
involving diesel trucks, trailers, and cargo, in addition to Mr.

third party issues and investigations, along with cargo related

ARM® utilizes Jury Verdict Research software
to evaluate the value of a bodily injury claim. Jury Verdict Research’s
database includes 150,000 cases which have been through the court
system with jury verdicts assigned. The software allows the individual
adjuster to evaluate a claim based upon the zip code, which takes
into consideration conservative verses liberal venues within the
territory covered by ARM®. This
tool allows ARM® to provide objective analytical research to your
firm, to ensure informed decisions can be made.
ARM®’s staff is familiar with, and works
well with all of the defense firms within the geographic area we
service. In addition, we are familiar with the plaintiff firms,
and the profile they fit in regards to the propensity to litigate
or settle. With this intimate knowledge, ARM® can provide useful
information to your firm to move claims toward closure at the least
cost.
In regards to physical damage claims,
ARM® utilizes used and after market parts to effect repairs to first
and third party vehicles where allowed by state statutes.
For your benefit, ARM® utilizes a national
database of salvage buyers to obtain the maximum recovery of your
indemnity dollars when units are deemed total losses.
Finally, ARM® is a member of the Trucking
Industry Defense Association, and stays up to date on the latest
legal environment and rulings concerning the trucking industry.
